My Approach
Coaching helps you make sense of the issues you face, explore your options, and take action. Recent meta-analyses show it to be one of the most effective methods for achieving lasting change.
I work with people who are serious about change. My clients have included executives at FTSE 100 companies, professional athletes and actors, investors, founders and fund managers, diplomats and politicians, and people in the public eye. I also work with school teachers, NHS staff, and firefighters — in short, anyone who wants to make a positive difference in their life.
Some people come to me at the start of their career, preparing for promotion or stepping into a big role. Others are already established, prominent in their field and financially secure, but wondering what the next challenge is or why success feels hollow. Coaching offers a place to drop the “game face.” Being honest about your challenges or setbacks is often the first step to working towards real solutions.
My approach combines psychological insight with practical tools. It helps you get beneath the surface of your difficulties while also offering practical techniques that make an immediate difference in your life. Together, we will clarify your choices and strengthen the resilience and emotional capacity you need to reach your goals.
Sessions can be one-off, booked in blocks, or spread over a few months — giving time for new ways of working and living to take hold.
