All of our psychotherapists and counsellors work individually. They are drawn from a wide range of therapeutic styles. What is common to all is that you meet to consider how your life might be better.
Psychotherapy is a discursive means of treating our psychological problems which comes in many forms. We have a practice of very experienced therapists coming from the NHS, voluntary sectors and private practice. This work is augmented with less experienced therapists and trainees who are at the stage in their careers where they can offer lower fees for those who are in need of that support.
Online or face to face
Many of our practitioners work online and face to face. Some people find the convenience of online useful and some prefer meeting face to face. You can discuss which would be best for you.
The practice is able to implement covid safety measures and will do so in accordance with governmental guidelines.
Our therapists offer a broad range of styles. You can see what these therapy styles might be and which you feel might suit you. There is some evidence that the style is less important than the particular relationship with the therapist. We offer an assessment to help you think about this.
