I’m an integrative counsellor based in London, offering counselling in English and Spanish. My approach combines psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives to support thoughtful, grounded exploration of your inner world. I aim to create a space where you can feel both safe and challenged, where meaningful insight and emotional change can unfold over time.
How I work
You might be navigating anxiety, self-doubt, grief, relationship patterns, or questions about identity. Perhaps you’re not sure exactly what’s wrong, only that something in you is asking for attention. I offer a reflective, affirming relationship in which we can begin to listen to that part of you and work together to make sense of what emerges.
I work affirmatively with LGBTQIA+ clients and people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Background
I hold an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Regent’s University London and a BA in Sociology from Texas A&M University. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Practicalities
I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, in person at Number 42 (London Bridge). If you’re considering counselling, I offer a free 15-minute online consultation to discuss what working together might look like.
