My approach
I am a qualified psychotherapist and member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I trained in Contemporary Psychotherapy, a pluralistic model that integrates person-centred values with systemic, Gestalt, hypnotherapy, and neuroscience-informed methods. I am also a Pesso Boyden practitioner, a body-based therapy that strengthens the connection between body and mind.
I’m not your traditional therapist. I work authentically and directly – caring and compassionate, but also unafraid to challenge when it supports growth. Therapy with me isn’t cold or clinical; it’s collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each individual. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you uncover and embody the changes you want.
Qualifications & experience
I trained at the BeeLeaf Institute, completing both the Diploma and full accreditation in Contemporary Psychotherapy, and I am also a fully trained Pesso Boyden Psychomotor Psychotherapy (PBSP) practitioner. Alongside this, I hold a qualification in Applied Clinical Hypnosis and a Certificate in Therapeutic Group Facilitation, which broadened my experience of working with both individuals and groups.
My clinical background is supported by additional training at Tavistock Relationships in couple counselling and psychotherapy. Prior to private practice, I worked extensively in leadership and organisational development, coaching individuals and teams through times of change — experience that continues to inform my therapeutic work today.
Areas I work with
I have worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, including stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, trauma, identity questions, and periods of low self-esteem. I welcome clients come to therapy seeking support with specific life events, or those who may be drawn to deeper exploration of long-standing patterns or embodied experiences. Whether the focus is on recovery, self-discovery, or creating change, I offer a space that is collaborative, non-judgemental, and responsive to each individual’s needs. I also run groups in London using Pesso Boyden. More groups and these are listed on Eventbrite.
I offer a free 20 minute conversation to explore if we could work together.
