I believe that there is real potential for change held in the relationship between psychotherapist and client. I use an integrative model of working and embrace psychodynamic, humanistic and transpersonal approaches. This enables me to combine more traditional theory with other techniques and allows a client's individuality to be expressed in the therapy process,
I have been a psychotherapist in private practice for a number of years. Prior to this, I worked at The Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy in Maida Vale where I trained as a Transpersonal Integrative psychotherapist (2009-2012). My initial training was at The Westminster Pastoral Foundation, London (2007).
Whilst focusing on personal growth, I seek to build and expand on a client's core qualities and strengths to bring about more balance in mind and body. Each client is unique and I work in an authentic way to allow their true nature to come through. It is a privilege to work with clients and to offer a space for them to totally be themselves. I see individual clients for both short term and open-ended work.
I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
