Our work together is led by you. Within the safety of a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, you may wish to bring worries, feelings and experiences which we can explore together, along with identity, culture, and your experience of sameness and difference.
You are welcome to share any material, and in any form, be it dreams, writing or something else.
If you decide to work with me, we can agree on a number of sessions, or work in a more open-ended way depending on your emotional and financial needs. We can review this at any point.
Qualifications & experience
I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I have a Postgraduate Certificate in Humanistic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths. I am an accredited member of the BACP.
I work using person-centred principles in tandem with a psychodynamic approach. How I apply these theories depends on your needs. I also offer sessions in French.
Many years ago I studied Classics & English at Oxford University, and have since worked as an editor, journalist and teacher.
