Krisztina Heathcote

I am an integrative psychotherapist working with adults in private practice and for a community mental health service.

 

In my work I draw on humanistic, person-centred and psychodynamic theory. I believe that each person is valuable and deserves to be treated with empathy, openness and respect. Experiences in our early years shape our thinking and behaviour and becoming aware of patterns of thought, feeling and relating can bring a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationships and clarity about the choices we have. 

 

 

My qualifications include an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, Regent’s University and an MSc in Psychology, London South Bank University. I am a member of the BACP.
