My approach
I work with people who seek to look at and address concerns and patterns in living that might have become obstructive.
I offer a space to sit and talk about life: what’s going on for you, what’s working and what might be getting in the way. We will look at how you come to be where you are in life and how you live now. Our conversations will be reflective yet always with an eye to options and possibilities. The confidentiality, regularity and routine of our meetings provide for you to think deeply about whatever emerges, to see more clearly and to choose what next.
