About me
Our early attachment relationships will have an impact on our health and well-being.
Psychotherapy is provided with respect, warmth, readiness to interact appropriately and relate with healthy boundaries, to support the exploration of attachment patterns in relationships.
Attachment relationships are also shaped in the real world and impacted upon by poverty, discrimination and social inequality. The impact of the wider social world may form part of the therapy.
Those who have had their survival strategies and life experiences silenced will be supported within a caring relationship.
I look forward to meeting you so we can discuss what is on your mind. I appreciate how much courage it takes to ask for emotional support. The support is there to enable you to enjoy life and to live it more fully.
