I’m a pre-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, offering a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is relational, reflective, and trauma-informed, drawing on psychodynamic and person-centred principles. I am a trainee member of the UKCP and abide by its code of ethics.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious without fully knowing why. Or you may be seeking to understand deeper patterns from your past. I tailor therapy to suit your individual needs — offering short-term, solution-focused support or longer-term exploratory work. I believe meaningful change is possible when we feel truly heard and understood. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy; together, we'll find a way of working that feels right for you
Qualifications & Experience
As well as working at Number 42, I work within NHS primary and secondary mental health services, and with the mental health charity Mind. In all these roles, I support adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges..
I have particular experience working with anxiety, trauma, depression, experiences of sexual and domestic abuse, and issues around self-esteem. I also mentor university students with ADHD and autism through the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) scheme.
I worked for many years as a hypnotherapist and spent time as a children's counsellor in schools with the charity Place2Be. These experiences often inform my work, which can feel creative, using imagination as a way to think and feel differently.
