Job title
Psychotherapist

I am a psychotherapist with 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents across the NHS, charitable organisations, private education, private practice, and the foster care system.

My approach is rooted in the relational, and I believe that healing is possible for everyone. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore life’s challenges and unhelpful patterns, some of which may lie outside of conscious awareness.

I work integratively, drawing on relational psychoanalysis, psychodynamic theory, and embodied-somatic psychotherapy. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS, Level 1, currently doing L2), a deeply transformative approach that can be integrated into our work if it resonates with you.

While words are often central to therapy, they don’t always capture the full depth of experience. When helpful, I offer creative and expressive methods, including movement, rhythm, storytelling, sand tray, imagery, music, and art. Whether verbal or non-verbal, we will work in a way that feels right for you. I will always meet you where you are.

Qualifications

My qualifications include an MA Movement Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths College and an MA in Psychoanalytic Observational Studies from the Tavistock and Portman Clinic. I also hold a diploma in clinical supervision and supervise both trainee and qualified therapists.
