My approach
I’m a UKCP accredited Existential Psychotherapist working within an integrative model and with a strong grounding in psychoanalytic theory, my background is in Arts and Literature and I offer therapy in English as well as Spanish.
My approach consists of exploring with you your experience, and how you approach your life, problems and relationships. We are trying to understand the effect those habitual ways of being and relating to the world, are affecting your life now. And by listening to yourself more closely, new understanding can be brought forth, insight can be achieved and new possibilities encountered.

My qualifications are a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy at Regent's University, London. At the same time, completed a training in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) at the Anna Freud Centre.
