I am trained in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy, the Alexander Technique and Craniosacral Therapy. This multi-disciplinary approach can help to reflect familiar psychological patterns through unfamiliar perspectives. I work with traditional psychotherapy as well as therapeutic bodywork, imagery, symbolism, and creative imagination.

I offer traditional individual appointments or, by agreement, longer sessions combining therapies where we can explore more deeply how your stories live within both your mind and your body.
