I am an experienced therapist working with a diverse range of individuals. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for you to explore and be curious. I work with people in times of crisis and support those facing anxiety, depression, grief and major life changes.
Together we’ll work through your fears and frustrations, find clarity, and help you better understand yourself, so you can make the changes you want. You are the expert on you; I’ll help you tune in to your feelings and intuition so you can begin living the life you want.
I am passionate about helping people and supporting them to find purpose and to reach their potential. Having experienced therapy myself, I know it can be one of the most rewarding journeys you’ll undertake.
I support people with stress, anxiety, overwhelm and depression, those navigating their sexuality, identity and relationships, issues around self-esteem, chronic pain and loss. I also work with those going through major life transitions, clients seeking greater self-acceptance, emotional resilience, personal growth. This list is representative, not exhaustive — if you have concerns not listed here, I’m happy to discuss them.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, trained in Person-Centred (Humanistic), Psychodynamic and Transpersonal approaches, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
In addition to working at Number 42 I also see clients with the mental health charity Mind - working with NHS and self-referred clients. I am also available for online sessions
I currently have limited availability Wednesday afternoons, Thursday evenings and online.
