Job title
Coach, Mediator & Consultant

I have been providing consultancy and coaching to commercial organisations, charities and individuals globally since 2012. My specialism and passion is supporting those in high stress environments often in conflict scenarios. I support individuals, teams and organisations using mediation, executive coaching and reflective practice to understand who they are, how this relates to those around them and how this is impacted by the system they are within. I utilise my couples counselling and mediation training to bring relationships to the heart of my work.

As a former CEO I have first-hand experience of leadership. I worked in the health sector, running organisations, influencing government policy and creating new innovative treatment approaches as a specialist in the impact of addiction. I have led organisations through mergers and leverage my experience to support people and organisations in transition helping them navigate change. I am passionate about changing patterns set in stone to enable more informed choices. I work online and in person.

  • 121 Executive Coaching linking the person to the role to the organisation that you work within.
  • 121 Coaching where we look at how you want to manage who and where you are in life in relation to a specific goal.
  • Group and Individual Coaching Supervision where we focus on professional development and expanding our reflective practice.
  • Group Reflective Practice working with teams to acknowledge the impact of their work on them personally and professionally.
  • Couples Coaching working with couples to understand where they are as individuals, how they relate to each other and what their relationship means now.

Couples Work

Working together to come to a shared understanding of who we are individuals, in relation to each other and the relationship we have created is at the heart of my work with couples. I have a wealth of experience from a professional, academic and personal perspective which enriches my practice and my offer. I started my professional life working with individuals, groups and organisations dealing with addiction. I learned that deep long-lasting change is generally accompanied by a leap of faith. This point can be exhilarating and or anxious making.  My analytic and couples training informs my interest in the personal, our relationships, the roles we inhabit and the cultures we live within. My work with individuals and couples focuses on creating a space to reflect, to expand our understanding and to make changes in personal relationships.
