I am a psychotherapist and a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
At times we experience painful feelings which can interfere with how we want to live our life. Therapy is way of freeing yourself from these feelings and discovering new ways of being with yourself and other people. Therapy can be short or long-term and the process is unique for each person.
I work therapeutically with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and differing sexualities. I also currently co-facilitate one of the men's groups at Number 42.
