My approach
I have been a practising psychotherapist for 16 years working within an integrative model. I work with individual clients and couples, helping them navigate challenging experiences and seek healing from past events and future behavioural changes.
My training and experience allow me to create a bespoke model for each client, identifying their needs and ideal approach. By working interculturally, I embody the mantra that “everyone is seen” and “every voice is heard.” I am dedicated to helping clients identify and address deep-rooted issues that impact them behaviourally, psychologically, and existentially. I believe it is my duty as a therapist to create a safe space for explorative and deep human connective work.
Qualifications & experience
I have extensive experience working with adults and young people dealing with a wide range of issues. I have also spent many years working with men exhibiting violent and abusive behaviours through my work at the Everyman project. I currently use an Interpersonal Violence and Desistance (IVAD) approach, combining my experience and training to support men on their journey to cease their violent and/or abusive behaviours.
My qualifications are a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling: CBT from London Southbank University and an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Skills.
