Therapy or counselling is a way to give yourself a chance to look at your life, relationships and problems from a new perspective. I believe therapy is a collaborative way of looking at life issues, finding a way to make sense of what is causing pain and to live a more balanced and fulfilled life. I hope to help you find your own inner resources and solutions to underlying life issues, or simply achieve acceptance of life events which you cannot change.
I offer both short-term and long-term work. From a block of six sessions on a weekly basis, to an open-ended solution meeting regularly over a longer period of time. I work in an integrative framework which means that I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches. I have worked at CRUSE Bereavement Charity, London Metropolitan University, MIND and The Recovery Centre.
