I provide a confidential place and time each week where, should they choose to do so, my clients can reflect on where they are in their lives and where they would like to be. I try to have the kinds of conversation with my clients that permit, in a way that feels safe enough, a deeper emotional engagement with the difficulties they are experiencing. In this way, I aim to bring to light the choices, realistic and unrealistic, that clients are making now and those which could be made to live in a more satisfying way.
I am experienced in working with clients with a wide range of difficulties, including:
- Childhood sexual abuse
- Difficulties with eating
- Difficulties in relationships
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy, both from Regents College.
I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the Society for Existential Analysis (SEA).
