Group therapist: Joan Fogel

Joan Fogel has experience of over 20 years working with groups in the public and private sectors. She has a group-analytic approach which recognises and makes use of the unconscious as well as the conscious mind.

In our ongoing mixed groups at Number 42, London Bridge, we have no agenda and invite members to bring their own experiences to each meeting. Together we can support each other and bring a number of perspectives, as we work to make sense of them.

Each group will have up to 8 members. We will meet with you individually  to start with, and we ask for a commitment of 20 weeks. Our fees are based on a sliding scale according to income.

anxiety therapy group

Group therapists: Daniela Bruni and Hephzibah Rendle-Short

We are offering a therapy group for people who are struggling with anxiety and the effects of anxiety in their lives.

Anxiety can manifest in different ways: as a diffuse experience or striking at specific moments-for example, in a crisis, as a result of a loss either recent or historic, around death and illness, etc. But also it can emerge with no apparent reason.

The group is being gathered now with the aim to start by November and will be run weekly on Tuesday lunchtime.  Sessions will be charged on a sliding scale according to people’s circumstances. If you are interested, get in touch to arrange an initial meeting.
